The short school day at Ombudsman allows me to have a job after school.
I was skeptical about Ombudsman at first. I didn’t want to leave my school and my friends. But now, I feel differently. I get all of my work done here and I’m not distracted like I was before. It’s quiet here, so I can focus on my work and catch up to graduate on time.
I didn’t think I was going to graduate until I heard about Ombudsman. It has really helped me move forward and get out of the rut I was in. Now I’m catching up on my credits and looking forward to my senior year, then college.
Of course graduating was a goal, but working after school was also important to me. The short school day at Ombudsman allows me to have a job after school. Now I can fulfill all of my responsibilities without sacrificing my education.
